Winter Wellness ChallengeStarting Tuesday, January 21st, the Belmont Abbey College Student Life Office is launching a Winter Wellness Challenge. This challenge is intended to encourage students, faculty, and staff to spend some intentional time in the start of this new semester to focus on improving their overall wellness. This challenge will take place over five weeks and each week will feature individual goals as well as a community goal. The themes of each week include:

  • Social Engagement
  • Physical Strength
  • Spiritual Awareness
  • Emotional Well-Being
  • Financial Stability

Each community challenge will include free giveaways such as t-shirts, stress balls, rosaries, and coffee! If you make it through the full five-weeks, you’ll be placed in a drawing for free Amazon gift cards!

Just to recap, the Winter Wellness Challenge is:

  • Open to all students & employees
