The College Postal Station is located in the former Music Building near the Basilica. Each student is assigned a mail box. To send mail to a Belmont Abbey student use the following format:

Other services provided by the College Postal Station include:
- distribution of mail to all campus offices and employees
- bulk mailings to students for student groups and organizations
- receipt of packages for students from US Mail or UPS (a notice is placed in the student’s box to pick up the package)
