Belmont Abbey College

From students and faculty to the monastery and administration, everyone here cares about you and your family. It’s the amazing sense of being welcomed, that is rooted in our Catholic, Benedictine heritage that makes the difference.

And, getting here is easy. We are located in the town of Belmont just minutes from Charlotte, NC, the Charlotte-Douglas airport, and only seconds from Exit 26 of I-85.

Campus Visit
During your visit you will have the opportunity to tour our beautiful 650 acre campus, meet with an admission representative, sit in on a class, meet a coach, or visit with a financial aid expert. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Weekday tours are offered at 9:00 am , 11:00 am , and 2:00 pm.

Weekend Group Information Sessions
Visit us on the first Saturday of each month at 10:00 am and enjoy a campus tour at 11:00 am . Other Saturday visits are available by appointment.

Sunday Luncheon at The Abbey
Join us for mass followed by a brunch presentation and then a tour of campus.

Abbey Experience Open House
Visit us during one of our enriching "Abbey Experience" sessions. These special open house events enable you to visit campus while other prospective students are here. You'll tour the grounds, meet students and faculty, have lunch in the cafe, sit in on a class, ask questions of a student panel, and enjoy presentations by the President, the Academic Dean, and the Abbot.

Accepted Student Day
This is a day to celebrate with our accepted students and their families! Come meet other students, our faculty, and the College community. This is an opportunity to register for class and connect and engage with Belmont Abbey College.
