NORTH CAROLINA STATE CONTRACTUAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR NEEDY NORTH CAROLINIANS (SCFS) - A grant not to be repaid. The SCSF is awarded to students demonstrating a need.

NORTH CAROLINA LEGISLATIVE TUITION GRANT (NCLTG) - A grant not to be repaid. The NCLTG is awarded to legal North Carolina residents enrolled on a full-time basis. Demonstrated need is not considered, but the NCLTG must go toward meeting demonstrated need. The 2004-2005 NCLTG was $1950. Click here to download the NCLTG Application. (PDF)
